Student Life
Life at GCIS
The student is always at the core of everything that we do at GCIS.
Tiny Tots are like young flowers springing out of their pots into the world- all wide-eyed, curious and naive- when they first step into school. Teachers ensure that these budding flowers grow bigger and stronger in a healthy manner and do their best to care for these children with the right amount of empathy, a lot of patience and gentle pruning, to show them the right direction in life.
”Whenever you find something extraordinary, you’ll find the fingerprints of a great teacher

Personalisation
The factory model of education is the wrong model for the 21st century. At GCIS we believe that each child is unique and learn in their own distinct way. We are inspired by the guiding philosophy of Personalised learning- a learning equation that demands everyone involved in education rethink what it means to teach and to learn, placing more control and responsibility into learners’ hands. Through Personalised Learning we understand the child, set goals, track their progress through support evaluations based on multiple measures: student growth, classroom observation, and feedback from peers and parents.
