Sports Academy
GCIS Cricket Academy was formally inaugurated in 2021 and provides aspiring cricketers with world- class training to help them reach the next level under the guidance of coaches K.S. Damodaran and Vignesh Pavithran. Students get to work and improve on their techniques like bowling, batting, wicket-keeping, and fielding.
Basketball Academy
GCIS has NBA approved Basketball Court. GCIS Basketball Academy is in place since 2018. The program focuses on-court training, strength and conditioning exercises for young athletes who are interested in the sport.
Lawn Tennis Academy
GCIS Tennis Academy was inaugurated in 2023. The academy provides meticulous design for various skill levels – ranging from beginners to a high performance level. These programs are mapped on best practices to give young talent the finest curriculum that puts equal emphasis on both fitness and sport skill.
After School Activities
At GCIS we give opportunities to our student to balance their rigorous academic work with interest outside the classroom. Quality after school activities provide engaging, fun learning experiences to help students develop their social, emotional, physical, cultural and academic skills.

Games and Sports Facilities
The school has massive play field and encourages the scope to play and develop sporting skills among the student be it martial art [Taekwondo], Yoga, Track and Field event and team and individual games. Availability of sports facilities like athletic track, basketball courts, cricket pitch, soccer court, volleyball courts , throwball court and indoor games are currently essential parts of School’s games facilities.
